Active ingredients from the sea are experiencing a renaissance in modern skincare. MATRIGEL®, the natural algae-based biomatrix, is produced from algae derivatives (polysaccharides) and phytosqualane (extract of high-grade olive oil). After liquid is added, MATRIGEL® dissolves to form a viscous gel, which can be ideally massaged into the skin due to its oil-free consistency.
The biomatrix balances the skin and the perceptible benfits, both visual and tactile, are virtually instantaneous effects:

The high-grade components form a skin-smoothening and protective film on the skin. The skin is thus noticeably smoother and protected against external influences.
MATRIGEL® is suitable for all skin types. MATRIGEL® is not oil-based, thus the biomatrix is especially suitable for the treatment of blemished, oily and stressed skin. After just one application, the balance of the natural hydrolipid mantle is restored. Rough and stressed skin is once again soft and smooth.
MATRIGEL® stands out from other Galenic systems, such as creams and lotions, thanks to its high microbiological, physical and chemical stability. The high-tech production process lyophilization (freeze-drying) gently removes the water from the raw materials. The result is a biomatrix, that is naturally preserved without the use of chemical additives.
MATRIGEL® is free from chemical cross-linking agents and added fragrances, making the product particularly suitable for skin that is sensitive, or prone to allergies and irritation.
